These services are customized to your hair, and a quick look ahead of time lets me give you an accurate quote and time estimate, no surprises on the day of.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDeposits\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"\u003eA deposit is required to book and goes toward your service total. Deposits hold your time slot and are non-refundable, incase of an urgent last minute cancellation, I will allow a one-time transfer to a rescheduled appointment if you give at least 24 hours notice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"\u003eLife happens, I just ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If you're more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule so I can stay on time for the clients after you.
