Booking Policy

Here's everything you need to know before you book your first appointment!

How to book

All appointments are booked here.  Choose your service, pick a time that works for you, and secure your spot with a deposit. If you're not sure which service fits your hair, start with a consultation and we'll map out a plan together.

New clients & repair work

If you're coming in for loc restoration, reattachments, or a cover-up, please book a consultation first (and send clear photos when you reach out). These services are customized to your hair, and a quick look ahead of time lets me give you an accurate quote and time estimate, no surprises on the day of.

Deposits

A deposit is required to book and goes toward your service total. Deposits hold your time slot and are non-refundable, incase of an urgent last minute cancellation, I will allow a one-time transfer to a rescheduled appointment if you give at least 24 hours notice.

Life happens, I just ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice forfeit the deposit, since that time was reserved just for you and is hard to fill last-minute.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule so I can stay on time for the clients after you. A grace period is appreciated but can't always be guaranteed.

No-shows

Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit and may require prepayment in full to book again. Repeat offenders will not be booked again.

How to prepare

Wash is included with the service. Please remove any styles beforehand unless we've discussed otherwise. Send any inspiration photos beforehand to 8332960646, so we're on the same page about the look you want.
